Each officer underwent site-specific training to become familiar with key entry points, evacuation procedures, and client protocols. We implemented a visitor management system and conducted regular patrols to check for unusual activity. Our team also provide after-hours escort services for late-working staff to enhance their personal safety, support to the facilities team, and additional first aid coverage.
